This page explains what we collect when you use Custom Card Bros and why.

Your order

To make and deliver your card we store your name, email, phone, delivery address, the photos you upload and your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Essential cookies

Used to keep you signed in, remember your basket and your cookie choice. These are always on.

Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) — only if you accept

If you click “Accept”, we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd / Meta Platforms, Inc. It records the pages you visit and shop actions (viewing a card, adding to basket, starting checkout, purchasing) with order value and item IDs. When you buy, we also send the purchase to Meta from our server with your email and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, plus the order value and ID. This lets us measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. If you click “Reject”, none of this happens.

We keep a record of your choice (accepted or rejected, the date and the version of the notice you saw) in your browser. You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawing stops all further marketing tracking straight away.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us through your account messages.
